Fun and friendships all combined with learning more about what God wants for us in our lives.  Weekly gatherings on Sundays and mid-week, practical discussions, serving others and special events will connect you together with each other and God.  Youth News - located via Youth Ministries on the Home Page.  Check out the various Youth related pages too!

High School Youth and Young Adults:

Youth (high school) and young adults join the Sunday morning service in the sanctuary. The contemporary service (9:30 am) is designed to appeal to the younger generation with upbeat worship music and the use of multimedia.

As we build relationships on Wednesday evenings (grades 9 – 12) and Sunday evenings (young adults) we tend to like to sit together for the Sunday service too. Building authentic friendships that last!

High school meets Wednesday nights from 7:30 – 9:00 PM

The High school group is made of a diverse teenagers across Mississauga and South Oakville. The group has a tonne of engery partly because of its age and partly because it is the biggest group in LPBC’s youth ministry. The group focuses on two themes in terms of learning throughout the year, 1) The denominations curriculum and 2) The LPBC youth ministry theme (This past year it was “Momentum” and how we can build momentum in our spiritual lives and use that momentum for God’s kingdom.  This year the theme is “More Than a Name” and we are focusing on where our identities lie and how we discover who God is).  The group also gets a chance to adventure a bit on Wednesdays when it gathers weekly. The group does local service projects and outdoor studies and sometimes will take field trips to see other youth groups or support a member of the group in something they are doing on a Wednesday (i.e. a leader got engaged or a student has a major performance). All the leaders of the group are like older brothers and sisters and mentors ranging from 19 to 35 years old.
