DO YOU HAVE A MISSION? Are you interested in learning more about the first people
of Canada? Would you like to do something to bring fun, laughter and the love of Jesus to aboriginal kids in Canada?  If you are interested in stepping out of your comfort zone, but would like to do so within Canada, consider volunteering for one of our church’s mission opportunities on a First Nations reserve.

Mission Trips

Outreach supports both its adults and youth when they participate in short-term mission activities, including Aboriginal Ministries in London, Ontario and Manitoba that occur at various times throughout the year.

LPBC has a heart for the First Nations Community.  Via our First Nations Initiative, planning, programming and support to First Nations communities is enabled:

  • Pathway Ministries in Manitoba: a mission offered by Rick and Liz Greer offering First Nations children the opportunity to attend summer camp and other programs
  • Oneida Ministries in London: focuses on early childhood development by caring for the younger children, provide programs and services, specifically with a camp program supported by LPBC’s young adults
  • The Sharing Way: offers both national and international missions. Currently LPBC assists Brownfield Alberta in supplying wheat to Africa.

GroupWithCombineThanks for your wonderful support for our Brownfield Food Grains campaign!
Stay tuned for the 2017Fall campaign!
