• God Is Just – He Is Infinitely, Unchangeably Right and Perfect in All He Does
  “The Rock! His work is perfect, For all His ways are just; A God of faithfulness and without injustice, Righteous and upright is He,”  Deuteronomy 32:4.

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus,”  (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

• Give thanks for the progress Doug H. has made as he continues settling back into life at home following rehabilitation. Praise God for His sustaining grace and ongoing care throughout Doug’s recovery. Pray that the Lord will continue to strengthen him each day, grant renewed health, and encourage both Doug and those who lovingly support him.
• Praise God for the encouraging improvements in Jeno M.’s health and for His faithfulness throughout her recovery. Give thanks for the care she has received from family, friends, and medical professionals, and pray that the Lord will continue restoring her strength, renewing her energy, and blessing her with continued healing.
• Give thanks for the dedication and servant-hearted leadership of our Revitalization Team. Praise God for their willingness to seek His will through prayer, thoughtful discussion, and faithful discernment. Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to grant them wisdom, unity, and clarity as they help guide our church into the future God is preparing for us.
• With grateful hearts, give thanks for God’s abundant provision for the ministries of LPBC. Praise Him for the generosity, faithfulness, and cheerful stewardship of our church family, which enables the work of the Gospel to continue. Pray that the Lord will keep providing every resource needed so that we may serve our community with compassion, grow together in Christ, and faithfully share the hope of Jesus with those around us.  🙏

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed,”   (Isaiah 53:5)

• Continue to pray for Joe L. as he navigates ongoing health challenges and works toward becoming eligible for a liver transplant. Ask the Lord to strengthen his body, guide every medical decision, and prepare the way for the transplant in His perfect timing. May Joe be sustained each day with renewed strength, unwavering hope, and the peace that comes from trusting in God’s faithful care.
• Pray for Sunil, a friend of Natalie’s sister in Trinidad, as she continues treatment for Stage 3 cancer. Ask God to uphold her with His strength, bring healing to her body, and encourage her heart throughout this journey. Pray for wisdom for her medical team and that Sunil and her loved ones would experience God’s comfort, peace, and hope each day.
• Continue to remember Gioconda, Ricardo Martin’s sister from the Spanish church, as she recovers from kidney cancer. Give thanks for the successful surgery she underwent and for the progress she has made through immunotherapy. Pray that God will continue restoring her strength, bless every stage of her treatment, and fill her with confidence, peace, and the assurance of His constant presence.
• Pray for Georgina, Ricardo Martin’s mother-in-law, as she continues chemotherapy treatments. Ask the Lord to strengthen her body, reduce the effects of treatment, and renew her day by day. May she know God’s comforting presence, find courage for each new day, and be surrounded by His peace and the loving support of family and friends.
• Lift up Angela, Ricardo Martin’s wife, in prayer. Ask God to continue renewing her health, strengthening her body, and refreshing her spirit. May she experience His sustaining grace, enjoy renewed energy for each day, and be encouraged by the Lord’s unfailing love and faithfulness.
• Continue praying for Kevin, Pier T.’s cousin in North Carolina, as he undergoes radiation and chemotherapy. Ask the Lord to give him endurance throughout his treatments, minimize side effects, and bring healing and renewed strength. May Kevin be surrounded by God’s peace, upheld by the prayers of family and friends, and encouraged by the hope that is found in Christ.
• Remember our shut-ins and seniors in prayer as they face ongoing health concerns and the challenges of aging. Ask the Lord to strengthen and encourage them each day, reminding them of His abiding presence and unfailing love. Pray that they would know they are cherished members of our church family and be blessed through meaningful visits, caring relationships, and daily encouragement.
• Pray for Dorothy, Ruth M.’s friend, as she continues recovering from cancer. Give thanks for the healing God has already provided, and ask Him to continue restoring her strength and health. May Dorothy be filled with peace, renewed hope, and confidence in God’s faithfulness, while her family and caregivers receive wisdom, strength, and encouragement in the days ahead.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,
not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing,
but encouraging one another,”  (Hebrews 10:24–25)

• Pray for the children, youth, and young adults in our church family. Ask God to nurture their hearts, deepen their relationship with Jesus, and give them the courage to live out their faith each day. May they grow in wisdom, discover God’s purpose for their lives, and become faithful witnesses of His love wherever they go.
• Give thanks for the volunteers and ministry leaders who faithfully serve the next generation. Pray that God would refresh and encourage them, equipping them with wisdom, patience, and compassion. May their words and example leave a lasting spiritual impact on every child, youth, and family they serve.
• Pray for the remainder of the GlenOak Academy Summer Camp. Ask the Lord to continue watching over every camper, staff member, and volunteer, providing safety, joy, and meaningful opportunities to build friendships. May each child experience Christ’s love through the care and encouragement of those who serve.
• Continue to pray for Jackie S. as she becomes more settled in her seniors’ residence. Ask God to bless her with meaningful friendships, renewed strength, and many moments of joy. May she experience His peace each day and be continually reminded that He is with her wherever she is.
• Pray that our church family would continue growing together in faith and spiritual maturity. Ask the Holy Spirit to deepen our love for God’s Word, strengthen our commitment to prayer, and unite us in Christ as we seek to serve Him faithfully in our community.
• Pray for our Choir as they prepare to lead us in worship this Sunday. Ask God to bless their rehearsals with unity and joy, and to use their ministry to draw hearts closer to Him. May every song proclaim the truth of the Gospel, encourage His people, and bring glory to His name.

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness”  (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

• Please continue to remember the people of Kumamoto, Japan, as communities recover from the effects of the earthquake. Pray for those rebuilding homes and lives, for comfort for those who continue to grieve loss, and for churches and relief organizations serving with compassion. May God bring healing, renewed hope, and lasting strength to all who have been affected.
• Continue to pray for all those impacted by wildfires across Canada. Lift up firefighters, emergency personnel, and volunteers as they work tirelessly to protect lives and communities. Ask the Lord to grant them safety, wisdom, and renewed strength. Remember families who have been evacuated or suffered loss, praying that God would provide comfort, provision, and hope as they recover and rebuild.
• Pray for God’s peace to prevail throughout the Middle East. Ask Him to guide leaders with wisdom and integrity as they seek paths toward peace and stability. Remember those living amid uncertainty, violence, and displacement, praying that the Lord would protect the vulnerable, comfort the grieving, provide for those in need, and open doors for reconciliation and lasting hope.
• Pray that God will continue His transforming work in our church, our families, and our community. Ask the Holy Spirit to deepen our faith, increase our love for Christ and His Word, and give us wisdom to follow His leading each day. May we be faithful witnesses of God’s grace, serving others with humility, compassion, and courage as we share the hope of the Gospel wherever He has placed us.
