- Gratitude for the body of Christ that responds to needs with compassion and action.
- Thankfulness for the support Pastor Laura received during her time of loss.
- Appreciation for Gustavo and the team who managed responsibilities during Pastor Laura’s absence.
- Celebration for those who have secured part-time jobs and embark on this new journey.
- Deep gratitude for the prayers and financial contributions from everyone supporting the ongoing ministry at LPBC.

Healing
“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul,” 3 John 2
- For Warren M. at the Juravinski Hospital as a follow up to a medical procedure he had for his heart last month but since then he continues to get shocks which is concerning. The surgery was meant to eliminate these shocks so let us pray that there is a speedy resolve to this matter.
- For Rev. Pam Cullen as she undergoes tests this week. Pam is trusting the Lord for timely testing, clear direction for next steps with treatments.
- Sarah (Mary RG’s daughter) is recovering in hospital and needs a breakthrough in her life.
- For Anthony in the Czech Republic (Sylvia’s brother-in-law) that he may be healed from stage 4 liver cancer and find the strength to surrender his life to the Lord.
- Prayers for Ken (John G.’s son) for continued progress towards good health and wholeness.
- For Beverly H. daily strength and peace as she trusts the Lord for healing. For David extending his love and care for his parents.
- God’s healing power for Joe L. over his liver.
- Complete healing and wholeness for Daria (wife of Anton Y., concert conductor) from stage 4 cancer.
- For Tricia L. (Stuart’s wife) receiving kidney treatment. That her kidneys will be restored to health.
- For Dorothy, Ruth M.’s friend, as she heals from cancer and experiences God’s peace while trusting Him on this journey.
Church

- Prayers for safe travels for those visiting family and friends this summer.
- Protection and engaging activities for students on summer vacation to keep them safe and active in the coming weeks.
- Support for youth and adults seeking employment in these challenging economic times.
- Prayers for a ministry that effectively supports and engages young adults in deepening their faith in Jesus.
- Guidance for the Revitalization Team as they meet to discuss, discern, and determine their next steps.
- Courage for us to share our faith as we grow in our understanding of God’s Word.
- Prayers for Esvelin, our sponsored child, to feel loved and recognize that God has a plan for her life.
- That more individuals will choose to be baptized at the upcoming baptism service.
- Prayers for our unsaved loved ones to surrender their lives to Jesus before His return.
- That we may identify the needs within our community and trust in the Lord to empower us to make meaningful connections.
National & Global
“Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words,” Romans 8:26
- Prayers for the residents of Texas mourning the loss of family members. May they receive mental, spiritual, emotional, financial, and physical support, and may political differences not hinder the urgent assistance they need.
- Safety and protection for Mississauga residents amidst a rise in crime within the city.
- Prayers for the protection of children and youth in our city, ensuring their safety in schools.
- Guidance for district school boards as they work to address the issue of violence among students.
- That the federal and provincial governments collaborate effectively to resolve ongoing tariff disputes with the US.
- Prayers for the political and social conflicts in the Middle East, parts of Sudan, Ukraine, and Russia to subside, allowing international aid and psychological support to reach those in need.
- That Christians intercede for this country, consistently praying for our leaders.
- Strength and resilience for Canadians as they face fluctuating challenges from the US.
